The nation rocks again with a brutal episode to lovers after Nirupama Pathak’s death in a row, now Anshu Tomar of UP who is heard to be missing whereas her boyfriend found murdered brutally with his throat slit and legs cut off by her own brother for the ‘honor'

Anshu’s lover Ajit Saini's body was found in New Mandi area in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday, who was admitted to have been killed by the brother.

On account of Saini’s death, Anuj Thomar the brother exclaimed, “He killed Ajit to salvage his family's honour.”

Reportedly the girl is suspected to be murdered as she is found to be missing as mentioned by the police and added, “Arrested the girl's father Narendra Tomar and brother Anuj on the basis of the complaint filed by the boy's family.”

Actually the both lovers eloped two months ago but they returned home on April 19 after they were given an assurance that their marriage would soon be solemnized to deceive them to death.

Reports are yet to come as the body has been given for post mortem. Well this is the another death followed by the case of 'honor of killing' in a quick consecutive time after Nirupama Pathak was allegedly killed by her family for getting pregnant with a lower caste boy.  Twist in case

Kaushambi (UP), May 8 (PTI) In a suspected honour killing, a young girl was hacked to death allegedly by her father and other family members over a love affair in Khalilabad village.

Soni (20) was having an affair with a boy belonging to her caste but the family members, specially her father, were opposed to their relationship, police said today.

Last night, the girl's father, uncle and cousin allegedly dragged her to a nearby temple and hacked her to death, they said, adding the accused were absconding.

On the complaint of the victim's mother, an FIR was lodged against the three and efforts were on to nab them, police said.

Meerut: In a fresh twist in the Meerut attempted honour killing case, the girl who had earlier said in her statement that her father tried to kill her by pushing her off the terrace has retracted her statement.
"The initial information that we have received is that there is some kind pushing of the girl by the father from the terrace due to which she fell and got injured. Now that the police has gone into the details and asked for an FIR, she has retracted from her previous statement saying that it was an accident," says Akhil Kumar, DIG, Meerut.
Kumar says that the police is inquiring into the issue but can proceed forward only if the girl files an FIR against her father.
The initial reports suggested that the girl's father, who is a Sub-Inspector of the Uttar Pradesh Police, allegedly threw Parul from the rooftop of his house because she had reportedly married a classmate without his permission. The two studied together in a management institute in Meerut.
